| Regulatory plan is a major convergence level of planning and management amongChina’s urban planning system, but also China’s "urban planning approach" is an importantplanning content, the development process of urbanization in China has gone through thirtyyears development process, while in urban planning and urban construction process hasplayed a vital role to promote effective urban planning towards a more legalized andstandardized direction.At the same time, controlling the preparation of detailed planning, whether in theory orin practice many problems are exposed, which reflects the status of regulatory detailedplanning process in the research process there is a serious problem, not a science, reasonableand effective methodology. Therefore, this paper intended to the status quo from theregulatory plan to start this research method, the urban planning of the research method isintroduced to the regulatory detailed planning status of research work, trying to build up theregulatory detailed planning status of research methodology, which prepared for theregulatory plan to provide more effective technical support and theoretical support, andenhance regulatory detailed planning of the scientific establishment.In this paper, methods of investigation and analysis of urban planning methods start withthe basic theory, drawing on urban planning research methods and analysis, further analysis ofthe current status of research regulatory plan preparation method, proposed regulatory plan ofthe status of research methods, further control detailed control of the planning target selectionand control of scientific content, the status quo regulatory plan proposed research targets andcontrolling detailed planning control status of research methods, and finally through theRegulatory Plan survey methods, analytical methods and technical approaches case studies,according to each type of regulatory plan case status of research focused on different methods,respectively, three types of empirical research, which seeks the status quo for the regulatoryplan to provide a scientific research methods and effective methodology. |
