A large number of algae breeding is the main characteristics of eutrophication, and theexcessive breeding of source water algae, to drinking water treatment process to bring a lot ofharm, the main impact on the algal cell inside the cell and algae that coagulation process tothe interference and the inhibition. Therefore, effective control of the algae and algae thatrelease is inside the cell of drinking water treatment technology of the hot issue.This paper based on the national natural science funds projects (topic no.51078345)"algae intracellular metabolites and matching mechanism and strengthen the sparsity formcondensed adsorption removal principle" and national key laboratory fund (topic number:09Y09ESPCR)"algae intracellular metabolites and matching mechanism and strengthen thesparsity form condensed adsorption removal principle", combined with the domestic andforeign relevant area of research results, the algae? inside the cell:(1)To Al2(SO4)03for flocculating agent, dosing FeCl3and KMnO4pre-register theoxidation except algae. The results show that, in separate dosing Al2(SO4)03, aluminum forincreased20mg/L reached the maximum, OD680and Uv254removal were90%and84%.Blends with dosing FeCl3and KMnO4, to OD680and Uv254removal is better than the singledosing Al2(SO4)03, alone the dosing FeCl3and Al2(SO4)03,and separate dosing KMnO4and Al2(SO4)3and algae removal efficiency of the best ratio scheme1.0mg/L FeCl3+0.4mg/LKMnO4.(2)Al2(SO4)03coagulation remove algae that inside the cell. Turnover in the aluminummaximum (5mg/L), DOC, Uv254, OD680removal reaches maximum, were38.6%,51.3%,99.6%. Al2(SO4)03in the coagulation process to remove OD680soluble materials such as priority,the experimental results show that more than Uv254, and DOC easier to remove, and in pH=6.5, coagulation best effect. More than10w level points the highest removal rate, and wasfirst remove. For more than10w level points, as pH=7.5, DOC, Uv254,removal rate can be ashigh as50%, respectively86%. Aluminum salt and algae or have obvious inside the cell incomplex reaction, different molecular weight of the size of the algae that aluminum salt andinside the cell complexometric process, on fluorescence intensity affect significantly, andhave obvious difference. (3)Flocculant form inside the cell of the content of algae coagulation effect has importantinfluence. Low turnover in the aluminum within the radius of the highest content of AlbPACl-2and AlCl3and PACl-1, in comparison to DOC, turbidity and OD680removal is higher.And PACl-1to Uv254, significantly higher than the removal rate of AlCl3and PACl-2. Morethan10w level points, PACl-2to Uv254,significantly higher than the removal rate of AlCl3and PACl-1, and in3w-10w and5k-3w level points, Uv254,removal is PACl-1is better thanAlCl3and PACl-2. AlCl3hydrophobic DOC to remove the contribution of total better thanPACl-2and PACl-1, but for hydrophilic DOC is concerned, PACl-2remove the optimaleffect.(4)Coagulation responses of the residue after aluminum concentration level andflocculation agent type, the turnover and system about the pH value. PACl-2has a superiorturbidity removal effect, but AlCl3and PACl-1remove DOC effect is better than PACl-2;Three kinds of flocculant increased to2mg/L, in pH=6-7acidic condition has the bestcoagulation effect. three kinds of flocculation agent remain lowest aluminum concentrationwith pH=6.5. Through the optimization flocculant form proportion and system caneffectively control the pH value of water residue aluminum concentration level.(5)Before time different chlorine was added, the three bittern firedamp (THMs)generation has a significant effect on total. Before alone chlorine was added, the amount ofTHMs in30min at maximum. Into chloramine after disinfection, chlorine was added to thecurrent time5min, THMs total generated at least. Chlorine was added for15min before,halogen acetic acid (HAAs) creating the highest total. Into chloramine after disinfection,chlorine was added to the current time5min, HAAs total generated at least. In the pH=6.46,alone chlorine disinfection (20mg/L), in the bromine ion concentration for200μg/L, CHBr3reach a maximum,with1.63μmol/L. when pH=7and bromine ion concentration for400μg/L, CHBr3reach a maximum.
