In order to solve the sustainable development of the auto industry facing the problemsthat the energy shortage and environment pollution, promoting key technology research of thenew energy vehicles, and now has become the world and car makers common strategic choice.The HEV as green power with the development of times, not only has high efficiency and lowemission features of the pure electric vehicle and has the advantage as high performance andhigh ability to run for the traditional car, it is the current and future feasible low oilconsumption, low emission clean cars.The paper analyzed the characteristics of all kinds of HEV and the current keytechnology unsolved, according to China’s HEV cars, the development situation of low costand energy saving in environmental protection for the concept, in the existing HEV structure,choose the technology relatively mature ISG systems as a design scheme, and with RuiHuChery has the market share of the higher SUV as the foundation, in order to improve theeconomy of the vehicles for target, develop the vehicles hybrid system and matching thepower of the main parts of the system parameters.Accurate assessment of the battery SOC value in the running condition of vehicle, canprolong the life of the battery, and improve the performance of cars. Because the battery SOCcannot directly get, the influence that from the externally and their own factors is bigger, onthe analysis of several common battery SOC forecast method, put forward and adopted fuzzyforecasting method to evaluate the battery SOC, at the same time in the MATLABenvironment to achieve, establish the fuzzy reasoning controller.To improve the movement and Climbing ability of the SUV, and design the model of thefront wheel drive mode into a rear wheel drive mode, and in the simulation software ofADVISOR for the secondary development, set up the rear wheel drive system model, rearwheel brake the driving force can recycle model and other power system of the main parts ofSIMULINK model. Through the simulation software of similar models provide ADVISORbasis of development improvement, modify the corresponding parameters, in the selection ofdriving cycles for complete vehicle in the simulation experiments and analysis of the powerand vehicle fuel economy results, and compare the original data models, verified by the rationality of the design models dynamic matching.
