| The plant site of Xianyang600,000ton/year methanol project is located at the chemicalindustrial park governed by the high and new tech development zone of Xianyang City,Shanxi Province. The second and the third loess of the surface layer of the site (the deepest is6m) is partly of collapsible loess and self-weight collapse loess. Considering the bearingcapacity requirement of superstructure, the foundation soil should be treated. After thetechnology and economy evaluation, it should give preference to the dynamic consolidationto treat the collapsible loess foundation.This paper studies the dynamic consolidation to treat the design parameter of collapsibleloess foundation, which mainly includes the compacted thickness, the energy level ofcompacting, courses of compacting, the number of compacting blows per point, the startingelevation of compaction, etc. Besides, this paper elaborates the construction technology andconstruction requirement of dynamic consolidation as well as the quality test aftercompaction. Through the trial compaction construction and post-compaction experiment ofXianyang600,000ton/year methanol project, the feasibility of dynamic compactionparameter is verified, which provides the dynamic compaction index for the dynamiccompaction construction and finally puts forward a reasonable dynamic compaction plan forthe dynamic compaction construction.The dynamic compaction design parameter, dynamic compaction construction, qualitytest, trial compaction and other contents presented in this paper are expected to providereference to the use of dynamic compaction in the future. |
