As a high precision gyroscope used in the navigation and control system, Liquidfloating gyro has been widely applied in various fields such as aviation, marine,aerospace and defense industry. As an important component of the liquid floatinggyroscope, gyro moto provides momentum for gyroscope and gives gyroscopicproperties. Performance and stability of the gyro motor is directly related to theaccuracy, reliability and life of the gyroscope. Therefore, various performanceparameters must be precise measurements for each motor before the gyro motor loadgyro, such as starting current, operating current, synchronization time, inertiarundown time and speed.This subject roots in an actual project. To a certain type of gyro motor as aconcrete object, the main content of this thesis is the design and realization of gyromotor detection system. The detection system tests gyro motor parametersautomatically, and completed data processing and results analysis. With thisdetection system, we can test the gyro motor performance in extreme temperaturesthat cannot be tested before and substantially improve the test efficiency.
