So far, the concrete structure has been a main form of bridgeengineering structure. Statistics both at home and abroad show that, thedisease of the concrete structure durability have cause huge loss, anddurability problems will be more and more serious. The most seriousinfluence of the Marine concrete durability are chlorine salt corrosion, sulfate corrosion, concrete freeze-thaw damage and corrosion ofreinforcement, so the research on the concrete pier freeze-thaw cycle in themarine environment has very important significance.Select the quick frozen method, both the concrete test cube andconstraint concrete pier column model are separately carried on the0times,20times,40times,60times,100times and120times of freezing andthawing cycle corrosion in high concentration compound salt solutionenvironment. The main research content includes the following severalparts:(1) According to the test results, sutdy the frost resistance influenceon the concrete test cube and constraint concrete column becanse ofdifferent water cement ratio and fly ash, concluded that the differentproportion of freezing and thawing corrosion rule.(2) The compressive strength degradation trend of concrete test tubeis not consistent with constraint concrete strength degradation, constraintconcrete can effectively improve the concrete frost resistance, the coreconcrete compressive strength loss rate can present a clear "platform"characteristics. (3) The damage model of the concrete in salt frozen case was fitted, the relative compressive strength of concrete decline as parabolic shape, mass loss rate is linear rise, core concrete compressive strength damagemodel of constraint concrete column is cube polynomial.(4) Put forward some simple and effective solution for the bridge frostdurability design in the Marine environment.
