Nowadays the Shanghai Pudong maglev railway has been put intocommercial operation. Maglev guideway is the main part of high speedmaglev transportation system. According to China’s actual situation andbased on the import and absorption of the foreign advanced technology, itis of momentous current significance to study further on the maglev railbeam dynamic characteristics in order to guiding us to build efficient, safeand economical magnetic levitation railway, also to promote thedevelopment and application of related technologies in China.Researchers have gotten many theoretical results in maglevguideways, but necessary experimental verification is lacked. Based on theShanghai maglev test line, it is studied of the deformation and accelerationof the guideways when the vehicle passes through in different speeds. It isstudied of the natural frequency, damping and mode shapes for differentguideways in the test line. The whole work is as follows:1. The development of the maglev guideways is introduced at homeand abroad.After summarizing the theoretical and experimental researchmade by other researchers through reading reference on vehicle-bridgecoupling vibration, the research target and main contents of this thesis isdetermined.2. Large amounts of raw data are gotten in the test based on themaglev test line. The vibration response of different guideways is studiedwhen the vehicle passes through in different speeds. The dynamiccharacteristics of maglev guideways are analyzed.3. The analysis program is worked out according to the parameters of the maglev vehicle and guideways used in Shanghai test line. The vibrationof the single span simply-supported guideways is analyzed. Thecomparison between the testing result and calculating result is carried out.The research proposed above can serve the dynamical design of maglevguideways.
