With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the rising of our livingstandard, the vehicle was out of the previous luxury and became people’s life necessities,in addition to the vehicle’s power、control and performance have higher the requirement,people has higher requirements for vehicle’s Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH)performance. So countries of the world spent great strength in the vehicle on theresearches of the NVH. There’s varies of methods to solve this kind of NVH problems,including Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) is an important one of a kind.The main methods to reduce interior noise are to reduce the noise source orimprove the noise transfer path isolation capability. This paper start from the aspects ofhow to raise the noise isolation capability and through an example include test dataanalysis expounds the vehicle noise control, this paper also introduces the current testmethod and indicators of noise has been widely used in automobile industry.The first thing to do is to test the original state of vehicle in order to get a baselineand to improve the sealing performance, at the same time collection vehicle’s subsystemsform information, and then established the models of the SEA model for the indoor noiseforecast. Secondly optimize sound package design after get some preliminary test resultsand SEA results, according to the optimal design results change material and prepare thevehicle test again to verification sound package design, through the actual test resultsfurther to sound package design was optimized finally achieve initial design target.The position of vehicle test is in driver’s right ear. From the final results look, SEAcalculation results of the vehicle in the high frequency noise reduction played a guidingrole, save the time and cost, the by-product is in improving vehicle NVH performance atthe same time reduce the vehicle’s weight, the method of statistical energy analysis proved the feasibility of the high frequency noise reduction in vehicle.
