This popular Coriolis Mass Flowmeter has a great improvementto overcome the noise interference and improve the measurement precision.With the improvement of technology, the performance of CoriolisMass Flowmeter improve highly, but it also has some disadvantage in someareas. For example, the sensitivity is low and real-time response is nottimely when Coriolis Mass Flowmeter used in the low density gasmeasurement. So there are more and more companies and researchinstitutions researching new Coriolis Mass Flowmeter. Now themeasurement which use FPGA is a new trend.This paper firstly introduces the composition and principle of CoriolisMass Flowmeter and summarizes the current development situation of theCoriolis Mass Flowmeter at home and abroad. Secondly, various signalprocessing methods are studied based on the reference and patents at homeand abroad, and a new digital signal processing method which combinedadaptive grid wave trap with orthogonal demodulation algorithm isproposed, moreover, this algorithm simulation and actual measurementverification are also accomplished. Then, the hardware system arecompleted in order to build the Coriolis Mass Flowmeter that the FPGA works as the core of the algorithm.Finally, completing the software design of Coriolis Mass Flowmeterbased on the FPGA, there are the A/D sampling control module, frequencycalculation module, phase difference calculation module and the serial portmodule. |
