With the improvement of people’s living standard and urban construction development of industrial production, energy consumption and sludge growth worldwide has drawn increasing attention, the sludge production in China is growing. Secondly, our country is big country of coal-based primary energy, coal washing and produce a lot of slime cause secondary pollution. The rheological properties of sludge and slime of this paste pipeline transport to send the design process and operation of the fundamental and essential design parameters. On the definition of paste, paste two typical materials of slime and sludge physical and chemical characteristics are described starting from the point of view of three-phase composition, based on experiments on pipe flow along the pressure dropdata fitting to obtain the rheological equation of the sludge and slime. Established based on the elasto-viscoplastic mechanical model, its the Laplace hair Laplace calculated the instantaneous elastic, viscous flow and delayed elastic deformation of the soft amount. Paste stress analysis to establish the constitutive equation, the calculated mass concentration of the rheological properties of equations of a duty cycle of75%of the slime.Numerical Simulation of the country, outside the three-phase flow the latest research results, improved mechanical model of the Burgers model the application FLUENT6.3calculation software, is surrounded by body-fitted grid finite volume method, the paste pipeline transportation. Analysis methods and application software on the pipeline pressure drop along the way, the velocity vector and streamlines the analysis, by comparison with experimental data validation paste reasonable feasibility of the Burgers model for the mechanical simulation model to describe.
