With accelerating urbanization in China, the urban rail vehicle has become more andmore important in our life. The urban rail vehicle gives us lots of convenience but showssome shortcoming at the same time, especially the vibration, which creates by vehiclemoving and has been gain more and more attention. The vehicle speed, vehicle load,railway irregularity and other parameters of the metro determine the different degrees ofrail vibration which also make the vibration energy change. Most of that vibration energyis absorbed by the railway itself and consumed worthless.Studies of the railway vibration in the past, researchers pay more attention to analysisthe reasons that create the railway vibration and how to relax and escape. This thesisintroduce a new method of railway vertical vibration energy recovery based on vehiclemotion, through building a simplified model of vehicle load and using the rail harmonicirregularity as the interference of vehicle vibration, simulating the vehicle load by theSimulink; using piezoelectric ceramics as the key components of electromechanical energyconversion, based on the classical piezoelectric theory and combined with the knowledgeof machine vibration, in order to construct the coupling model between the piezoelectricceramics and the railway vertical system, analysis this model, reserve the power outputmodel which is create by railway vibration, based on this output model, estimate theenergy power. There are4main working contents in this paper:1、According to the characteristics of the rail vehicle, established the bodyworkvertical system model with three freedom, using the rail irregularity as the interference ofvehicle vibration, gained the model of vehicle load; using the FFT to analysis thefrequency of this model, and described the model as a analog expression.2、After gained the analog expression, using the sequence support model as the aim model of rail vertical system, managed this model with Winkler assumption, acquired thecurve of the force which was inflicted to one pillow, and the curve of the force is the modelof the interference of rail vertical system.3、 Imported piezoelectric ceramics as the vibration energy exchange device,determination of the piezoelectric ceramic laying position preliminary, found the couplingmodel between the piezoelectric ceramics and the railway vertical system, and received thedeformable rule of the piezoelectric.4、According to the characteristics of the vibration of rail vehicle, determination of thepiezoelectric ceramic vibration mode, choosing the right equation of piezoelectricity, aftercalculated the coupling model, output the energy model, analysis the model, received theload curve and the power characteristic curve of piezoelectric ceramic, estimate the energypower preliminary by this model.
