Shield technology is a multidisciplinary modern tunneling technology which is a set of hydraulic, manufacturing, control, measurement techniques.In the application of shield tunneling, shield machine attitude control technology is the key to the success of construction. Soft soil layer due to the high water content, high void ratio, high compressibility, low strength, high sensitivity and contact change, the rheological characteristics, formation from poor performance stability. Shield is very difficult to control, and when the shield is tunneling in a bad attitude, it is easily triggered the shield affect regional mainland table larger settlement.This paper aims at the Suzhou particularity of the weakness of the water-rich strata, combined Suzhou Rail Transit Line2shield tunnel engineering instance, through theoretical research, digital simulation and on-site corrective test attitude control technology, conducting a depth research of soft soil layer shield tunneling, specific research content of this paper are the following aspects:1For the target of the shield machine attitude control, analysis of the impact factors is given and the shield machine attitude dynamic load model is also studied, and on this basis establish the spatial movement of the shield machine dynamics and kinematics equation and parsing this model by Matlab. A theoretical basis for the soft soil layer shield tunneling attitude control technology is provided.2Through theoretical study and Suzhou Rail Transit Line2specific examples of projects as well as research on the basis of the large number of projects in the soft soil layer, the research of shield tunneling attitude control technology is proceeding, and analyzed the shield machine attitude control influencing factors, then put forward to control method and posture corrective measures.3Study the relationship between Shield machine and the adverse surface subsidence. The overbreak amount calculation formula of shield machine with poor attitude is proposed, and study how to better control the settlement measures.
