In recent years, with the sustained growth of the passengers in our country, theaccidents of coach dynamic rollover are increasing rapidly.,this accident usually resultin "group of die group of injury".so coach rollover accident attached great importance athome and abroad side. There are many factors to cause a coach rollover, including thestructure of a vehicle performance, road condition, the driver, environment andmanagement. On the vehicle structure performance, relevant laws, rules and regulationswere made to ensure anti-roll stability at home and abroad. The foreign criteria oftumbling stability of vehicle include static tumbling stability and dynamic tumblingstability. In our bus safety technology standards, the technical requirements of bus anti-rollover stability and rollover protection of the occupants have been strengthened, butdue to passenger cars safety technology Technical standards of china on passenger carsanti-roll stability evaluation methods are limited to theoretical calculations and staticrollover bench, the lack of dynamic anti-roll stability standards. So there are a big gapbetween the existing standards and the bus actual dynamic rollover situation, whichcauses the existing standards of anti-roll of china can not real, objective andcomprehensive reflect anti-roll stability, not play a substantial role for passenger carsto improve and enhance anti-rollover stability.Taking a car factory in XX6940U7XXX of passenger car as the research object,and according to the principle of multi-body system dynamics, the paper established asuspension, steering system, car body, dynamic model and other vehicle dynamic model.In accordance with the JT/T standard “operating the vehicle anti-rollover stability testmethods” developing by the ministry unit of our nation at present, the dynamic of sidetumbling stability test simulation platform was established in ADAMS/CAR, variablespeed test simulation was worked for the XX6940U7XXX bus of a given radius of theradius of20m, through comparing the real CAR test, the result shows that the passengercar models and dynamic anti-roll stability test simulation platform have practicalapplication value. This paper tested the other set radius speed-variable test and set thespeed change steering Angle test in the standard provisions on the simulation platform,which obtained dynamic rollover limits of the passenger in the different states.The simulation study for the assessment of bus dynamic anti-roll stability researchmethods, provides a theoretical basis for improving and optimizing the bus dynamic anti-roll stabilizer, Thereby improving the level of bus design, shortening the designand development cycle, reducing costs, providing a theoretical reference for improvingour bus anti-roll stability..
