| The construction of cocrete filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge with long span isdivided into many working procedures, which are completed step by step. Theconstruction process is complex and long.So, the alignment control is the guarantee ofachieving design objective of the CFST arch bridge.Taking Hejiang Yangtze riverbridge as an instance,many problems on construction control calculation and controlmeasures for CFST bridge are discussed in this paper, including: the analysis method ofsimulating construction phase,analysis on the error in construction control and measuresof alignment control.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:â‘ Inspecting a large number of references on the CFST arch bridge,reviewingand summing up the history of the development of this system,also found someproblems of the CFST.The paper introduces advantages of CFST for constructioncontrol, summarizes the research ststus and the problems for construction controlâ‘¡Summarize the simulation analysis method and the structure analysis method ofconstruction control for CFST arch bridge, expounds the simulation methods of CFST.â‘¢The visal simulationg and discussion the lifting process for arch ribs of HejiangYangtze river bridge,measure and analysis the results of alignmentã€stress and cableforce.â‘£To decrease the error in building of the bridge,I’ve got some analysis to someaspects which influence thedegree of accuracy.⑤In this paper,the forming process of control network reeatedã€the arch ribsassembledã€the alignment adjustedã€the closed ribs controlled and the cable force tensedwas analyzed. |
