The CFST arch bridge has seen rapid development in our country recent years.Among a variety of construction approaches of CFST arch bridge, the non-bracketcable-stayed suspension supporting method is the mainly adopted one, by which thejack cable inclined pulling and buckling method was embraced has been increasinglyapplied to the construction of the long-span CFST arch bridge. This article studies thebuckle hang system of the long-span CFST arch bridge targeting in the construction ofHejiang Yangtze river No.1bridge with the main contents as follows:①Collect and organize the records techniques of the long-span CFST archbridge, as well as analysis and comparison of the respective characteristics.②An overall study of the non-bracket cable-stayed suspension supportingmethod, including features, pros and cons, and key technical obstacles.③This paper presents the buckle hang system’s design key points of thelong-span CFST arch bridge. The long-span CFST arch bridge’s buckle towerstructure form is compared.Analysis buckle tower stress,and optimize buckle towerstructure.④Static calculate Hejiang Yangtze river No.1bridge’crane tower structure,analysis the influence factors of the crane tower’s horizontal displacement and howmuch displacement the crane tower can mobiled; At the same time, it’s made the localanalysis of the connection structure of buckle tower and crane tower——grid beam.⑤Calculate the main cable system to calculate, and study the changes in lawcombined with Hejiang Yangtze river No.1bridge,s trial lifting.⑥Calculate the cable force of Hejiang Yangtze river No.1bridge by finiteelement software when arch ribs installating.⑦On the arch rib hoisting and the cable tensioning process, summed up thedisplacement and stress change law of the buckle tower and arch rib.⑧Research the relationship of arch ribs, buckle tower and the cable, analyzesthe influence of the rule changes between each other.⑨Summarizes the main structure form of ground anchor,and checking theground anchor of Hejiang Yangtze river No.1bridge.
