Accompany China’s rapid economic development, science and technology hasmade significant progress. In the field of bridge engineering, not only in the large-spanbridge construction, is also reflected in the development of intelligent control andmonitoring of the direction of the bridge structure. Over time, many of the bridgefunction is degraded. To ensure the normal safety of the bridge, the large importantbridge health monitoring and condition assessment system is to ensure the safe use ofthe bridge development trends. The thesis refer to the Wujiang River Bridge healthmonitoring and evaluation system, the establishment of a health monitoring andcondition assessment system for Shibangou Yangtze River Bridge.This paper mainlystudies the content of the following areas:(1) Yangtze River Bridge Shibangou finite element analysis to study the responseof the structure under different loads, and provide a theoretical basis for the rationallayout of the sensor in health monitoring programs;(2) According to the results of the finite element analysis to develop the bridgemonitoring program, described the analysis of state assessment parameter monitoringto determine and set principles.Introduced a program of monitoring parameters and thelayout of the various types of sensors, sensor selection, layout and number of notes;(3)Monitoring cross-section combined with the choice of structure measuringpoint in the finite element analysis results, to determine the threshold of the monitoringindicators;(4) That the design of the bridge is structurally safe monitoring system,monitoring system for data acquisition and analysis techniques are described on thehuge amounts of data and data distortion approach;(5) On the basis of the evaluation system of research results home and abroadbridge and bridge the health status assessment based on the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy theory, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process as a bridge condition assessmentmethods.
