With the rapid development of economy, traffic more and more crowded, in orderto alleviate the ground traffic, the structures arises at the historic moment, such asoverpass bridge. Although their appearance eases the ground traffic pressureeffectively, but at the same time also buried many hidden danger in traffic security.Over several years, the collision of the bridge became common accident.Polls showthat, the car-bridge collision accident to basically have two kinds of cases: one issuperhigh vehicle hit against the superstructure of the overpass bridge,the other is thecar hit against the pier of the overpass bridge. These two kind of accident caused aserious threat to the normal use of the bridge.Once the car-bridge collision happened, in addition to do harm to the lives andproperty of the people, but also bring great inconvenience to people’s traffic.In order todo repair and reinforcemen work in time for the damaged bridge after collision, damagemechanism during the collision process must be deeply understanded, and do properlyassessment to the damaged bridge.For the entity test is difficult,higher cost, and badimplementation,computer software can be used to do simulation of the collisionaccident instead.In this article, ABAQUS which is a general nonlinear finite element software isused on simulation analysis of car-bridge collision. According to superhigh vehicle hitagainst the superstructure of the overpass bridge and the car hit against the pier of theoverpass bridge, which are high frequency traffic accidents, analysis the damage andbearing capacity of the main girder and the pier after the collision under differenthitting conditions. And use level fuzzy comprehensive analysis to do damageassessment for the bumped bridge. Provide scientific basis for the next repair andreinforcement work. Specific content as follows:①Research the damage of the overpass bridge and the influence on the bearingcapacity of the main girder, after the superhigh vehicle hit the upper structure withdifferent speeds and different angles.②Research the damage of the overpass bridge and the influence on the bearingcapacity of the pier, after the car hit the pier with different speeds and different angles.③Consider the factor of bearing capacity reduced,use level fuzzy comprehensiveanalysis, establish damage assessment system of the bridge after the collision.
