For continuous rigid frame bridge beam has been the emergence of several diseases,from design, construction, construction control later period operation and other aspectsof the disease cause of disease, and analysis of the effect on structural performance, andputs forward some main measures of defects prevention and treatment for reference.This paper mainly carried out the following work:①Summarize has built the typical diseases of continuous rigid frame bridge, boxgirder bottom plate is easy to occur along the prestressed beam longitudinal crack,inclined cracks in webs, cracks in the roof, midspan sag and so on the problem, putsforward corresponding prevention measures, and puts forward the reasonablesuggestions on construction.②Summarize for continuous rigid frame bridge floor crack given formula, putsforward plate of prestressed reinforcement curve radius, closure segment elevationdifference, steel beam positioning line generating angle reasonable scope and so on, asthe reference for engineering.③Based on actual engineering to establish MIDAS finite element model, thecontinuous rigid bridge must set up a certain degree of camber, the bridge constructioncamber analysis, calculation and setting.④In the Cradle preloading often uses the main truss preloading method,establishes the MIDAS hanging basket finite element model, comparative analysis ofthe main truss preloading method to calculate main truss simplified force moment andderived the error caused by the deformation value, will affect the precamber calculating.⑤To have been built into the bridge of continuous rigid frame bridge appearedafter some long term deformation and durability problems, proposed in the design, theconstruction of a reasonable proposal, and puts forward some management suggestions.
