Brushless motors are widely used in China, in China’s industrial and agricultural life,occupies an irreplaceable position. With modern automated production of industrial and miningenterprises have become increasingly demanding, the traditional brushless motor control shows acongenital lack of it. And direct torque control as the latest motor control theory, and itsindustrial applications have good performance, this article uses a torque prediction method, inthe BDFM works in-depth study, based on its used BDFM direct torque control system.Torque prediction method can effectively solve the BDFM direct torque control systemof the torque ripple of the issues. Mathematical model of the brushless motor through theanalysis and the establishment of the equivalent circuit, through simulation analysis shows thatthis method can effectively improve the stator current waveform, reducing the torque ripple, andhas a good dynamic and static performance.
