In real life, the transportation problems are more and more attentioned. This paperis in order to study the incompleted information and under uncertainty transportationproblems. The existing transportation problem models have been classified, and detailedanalysis and discussion the optimization and algorithms of the traditional transportationproblems, and the solution method of the transportation problems with the conditions.Existing solution for the difficulties arising in the course. By introducing fuzzystructural element theory, shows the structural elements representation for the fuzzynumber, and shows the concept of structuring element weighted sequence of the fuzzynumber. On this basis, solving the fuzzy transport model of the establishment.First, we establish a fuzzy multi-objective model for transportation problems. Thegoal was attributed to the fuzzy cost of transportation prblems. Using the fuzzy structuralelement theory, several experts opinion by fuzzy algorithm which based on the fuzzy structuringelements assembled fuzzy composite indicator values. Then transform the multi-objectivetransportation problem into fuzzy single objective transportation problem. And to resolve thesingle-objective transportation problem by use of the structured element weighted sorting criteriaof fuzzy number. Finally, a numerical example is given. Then, more flexible establishedtransportation problems with fuzzy elastic constraints models: with the elasticconstraints of fuzzy linear programming problem, single-objective fuzzy transportationproblem, with the elastic constraints of for multi-objective transportation problem. Andanalysis the solving of the three methods for these model. Finally, verify theeffectiveness of the algorithm through examples.In this paper, the model is of practical significance, by introducing the concept offuzzy structural element, study the algorithm, Greatly simplifies the computation. Andto solve practical transportation problems with a certain significance.
