The security issue of structures in mining area is becoming prominent day by day,which has already become the bottleneck problem restricts the general constructiondevelopment of mine areas in our country. About80%of the mine areas in our countrylocated at the earthquake resistance fortification region, when doing the structuraldesign of the buildings in the mine areas, besides considering the protection design ofdistortion caused by the coal mining, the anti-seismic design of buildings must also beconsidered. At present when the domestic and foreign experts make the analytical studyon the anti-seismic performance and resistance mining subsidence deformationcharacteristics of buildings in mining area, they are always making analytical studythem separately, therefore they can’t make in-depth analysis to solve the problems andthe analysis of seismic performance and resistance mining subsidence deformationcharacteristics of buildings can not be unified together. So this paper will make acomprehensive research and analysis of structure’s double protection of anti-seismic andanti-deformation in mining area, make a design of the semi-active device of doubleprotection in mining area based on isolation technology, and make an analysis of doubleprotection effect of the devices through the finite element numerical calculation.First, the protection measures of mining under buildings have been expounded in thispaper and focuses on the building protection in the mining area. The analysis of thepossible damage and destruction of buildings caused by mining subsidence deformationin the process of mining subsidence, and the internal force changes and redistribution ofthe buildings in the process of mining subsidence have been studied by the finiteelement analysis method, the deficiencies of the current specification have been founded.The interaction of foundation soil-foundation-the upper structure should be consideredwhen makes the buildings’ protestation in mining area. Besides that, the three should betreated as a whole and the collaborative working relationships between them should alsobe considered. Based on the deformation collaborative working relationships betweenthe foundation soil and foundation of the buildings in the mining areas, the reasonableprotective measures must be taken to absorb the movement of the surface deformation,in order to improve the buildings’ ability of resistance to deformation, eliminate miningsubsidence of the dangers of deformation of the building. Secondly,in the previous study, based on the previous research of the semi-activedevice of double protection in mining area based on isolation technology, the first thedesign and the principle of work of the semi-active device of double protection inmining area based on isolation technology are explained, then the calculation model andmethod of the structure, physical and mechanical performance characteristics andparameters of the semi-active device of double protection are studied and discussed,according to the performance of all the device parts, design method and mechanicalperformance parameters of the semi-active device of double protection have beendetermined. An analysis of the influence on the performance of the hysteretic energy ofthe semi-active device of double protection caused by the displacement amplitude ofcycle load, frequency of cyclic load has been made through the computer with the finiteelement method.Again, direct at the design of double protection device in the mining area in thispaper, the different degree of damage to the building which was caused by the miningsubsidence deformation and rare occurrence earthquake in the mining area has beenanalyzed. On the basis of the numerical analysis, the process curves of the surfacemovement and deformation caused by the mining subsidence deformation and rareoccurrence earthquake in the mining area were calculated separately, the subsequentanalysis method has also been decided. Because of uneven settlement on the surface ofthe earth is a long slow process of development, relative to the instantaneous generationof the earthquake action, in the process of the earthquake, the mining subsidencedeformation is negligible.Finally, based on the analysis of the first chapters of theoretical analysis andnumerical simulation, the dynamic response analysis of the building with differentprotected-types under the earthquake effect has been in progress, the dampingperformance and protection effect of double protection device in the mining areaconsider soil-structure interaction has been focused on. Compared with the internalforce of buildings in mining area (different protection mode) under the hanshin seismicwaves in Japan and ChiChi seismic waves in Taiwan, the following conclusion has begot: the energy dissipation capacity and deformation capacity of double protectiondevice are strong, and the double protection device improve to improve mechanicalproperties and power transmission path of the structure.
