In our country, with the increasing of concrete pavement’s mileage, the earlydamages of pavement become more serious. It is account for the poor construction qualityand the lack of maintenance, but the main reasons is the design theory of cementpavement is not perfect and overload. In order to probe into the mechanism of cementpavement structure, this paper use the analysis of theory and the numerical simulation, inconsidering the inter-layer combined state and pavement structure materials based onheterogeneous, analysis the stress distribution within the cement pavement under thevehicle loads.Firstly, this paper establishes a numerical model about cement pavement structureload stress under the vehicle loads, analyzing the effect of interfacial conditions on cementpavement structure’s load stress and temperature stress. On this basis, we recognize thecement concrete as a damaging material, establish a mechanics model about the cementconcrete’s pavement and base course material mechanical heterogeneity of damagemechanics model, and analyze the influence rule about the combined effects of the roadpanel load stress on the cement concrete surface layer and base course materialmechanical heterogeneity. The result of numerical analysis indicated that:1) In the standard axle load, interfacial conditions of the load stress decreased byapproximately0.179Mpa, that the temperature stress increased approximately0.191Mpa.This shows that smooth contacting is more beneficial in the standard axle load and low inthis. With the increased axle load, the recruitment of the temperature stress caused by theinterlayer adhesion is unchanging. But the decrement of the load stress caused by theinterlayer adhesion is increasing. When the axle load exceeds105kN,the decrement of theload stress caused by the interlayer adhesion is greater than the recruitment of thetemperature stress, the interlayer adhesion is beneficial for the cement pavement load atthis time. Because the cement road always exceed the standard axle loads, the interlayeradhesion is more beneficial for the cement pavement load.2) The Mechanical heterogeneity of the cement pavement structure layer material canlead to the road panel stress concentration, that increases road panel load stress andshorten the life of the cement pavement. Under the conditions of cement pavement andmechanical properties of the base material heterogeneity, interlayer adhesion can effectively reduce the tensile stress level of the end of the road. Thereby, slow down theconcentration of the stress that caused due to the heterogeneity of the material andmechanical properties. Finally, in conclusion, this research proposes technical measures to preventcement concrete pavement from damaging, which will have definite guiding meaning indesign and construct of concrete pavement....
