With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, therequirements on the traffic system, especially on the urban road traffic are also getting higher andhigher. How to evaluate city road traffic system and formulate feasible improvement measures isa big problem placed in front of city traffic management departments. Therefore, the study of thecorrect analysis and evaluation for city road traffic system satisfaction has very importantpractical significance.Based on the actual investigation of urban road traffic system, obtaining evaluation data ofthe satisfaction on urban road traffic system; the management of customer satisfaction theoryapplied to the city traffic satisfaction evaluation model; according to the city road trafficsatisfaction elements characteristics, using qualitative and quantitative methods of combiningmethod, setting up a set of scientific and rational city traffic satisfaction evaluation system.And use the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) on city road traffic satisfaction factoranalysis, to get the weight of each index data, making the evaluation more scientific. Designthree layers’ BP neural network as the city road traffic satisfaction evaluation tool, and takingShijiazhuang city as a typical city, proves that the scheme is effective and feasible, found the cityroad traffic problems in the system, in order to find out an effective way to solve the problem.The system has become valuable basis for the city traffic management departments to improvecity road and provide decision making, and ultimately improve the whole city road transportationservice quality.
