Air pollution on the corrosion of metallic materials substation power supply caused the accident affect safe operation of power has become an important issue. In this paper, we investigate South Hebei transformer substation corrosion of metallic materials; analyze air pollution of pollution sources in the production, emissions and waste during the life of the waste generated in the process of biochemical reactions; detect and analyze air pollution for representative pollution sources;provide experimental data for the substation site atmospheric EIA technical program development;research on corrosion protection for Substations in different parts of the metal material requirements.The results show that:substation location should be away from the river, river, lake, sea and other wet areas, should choose good air flow areas, avoid in swamp and depression; evaluation of atmospheric environment on the station address, the main contents include atmospheric corrosive gas testing, air humidity detection, air particulate matter content detection and analysis, the investigation surrounding enterprise release of corrosive gas, particulate pollutants and the possibility of strength; Station address shall be possible from sewage treatment plants, farms, smelting of iron and steel enterprises, the paper mill and a series of pollution source; Select suitable equipment to prevent the key components difficult to anti-corrosion treatment position is exposed to the atmosphere corrosion; based on the gas composition of atmospheric corrosion, select reasonable metal materials, achieve anticorrosive effect; base on the production of substation, take suitable corrosion protection technology to solve the corrosion problem.
