In recent years, along with the new national energy policy is strong carry out, wind power installed capacity and electric energy production is growing rapidly. As the wind speed is not controllable and difficult to predict accurately, except that wind power has a strong randomness, when the wind farm exports bus voltage level reduced to a certain extent, the generator will show different state compare with steady even though off-grid run. This make the policy of security full acquisition of wind power and the contratiction of stable operation with power grid is highlighted gradually.Design power gird predict and control system has great importance for improving power grid accept intermittent energy capacity and to ensure the safety and economic operation of new energy generation. In this thesis based on analysis of the status of wind power prediction and control system both with domestic and abroad, according to the requirements of wind power prediction and control in ShanXi power grid. This thesis achieve in-depth study designed a wind power prediction and control system, the main research contents include:(1) Analysis of the data modeling of wind power prediction, identification algorithms and IIS technology.(2) Designed the system which composed by the network+application+database model, according to the requirements of wind power prediction and control in ShanXi power grid.(3) According to the model of wind farm geographic data and historical power data and using numerical weather prediction released by the meteorological department, resulting short-term and ultra-short-term forecasts curves.(4) Through the deployment of wind power prediction and control system in ShanXi power grid,it verified the high accuracy of prediction and control functions.
