Solar energy as the one kind of a huge amount of renewable energy, the radiation energy reaching to the surface of the earth every day is equivalent to tens of thousands of hundred million barrels of oil burning energy. In the21st century when the fossil energy has been exhausting increasingly, photovoltaic power generation will eventually become one of the most important renewable alternative energy. Recent years, with the development of the photovoltaic (pv) grid technology,more and more photovoltaic power station combined to the grid,which giving power to the grid and what’s more a certain amount of reactive power adjustment and the auxiliary service ability.But the (pv) power output is relevant to the light intensity and seriously affected by the weather conditions.This paper studies the randomness of (pv) power and the influnce of reactive power output on the distribution network, and optimized the reactive power of distribution network including photovoltaic power station.In this paper reactive power optimization of the distribution network with photovoltaic power station is analysed in algorithm, randomness and dynamic reactive power optimization.Firstly the composition and classification of photovoltaie power generation are briefly introduced.And then random characteristics and reactive power output capacity of photovoltaic power station which can be a foundation for further job are illustrated. In the algorithm, particle swarm optimization (PSO) is analysised. In this paper,PSO algorithm is improved. And its improved methods is applied to the reactive power optimization. The improved algorithm has better global convergence and optimization ability. The opportunity constraint model is used in reactive power optimization according to random output photovoltaic power station. Random flow algorithm is applied for solving random flow. Voltage fluctuations caused by the access of photovoltaic power station would be sloved primely by this optimized method. Considering the cut of reactive power compensation equipment in a day, Dynamic reactive power optimization of distribution network with photovoltaic power station is analysised. The method of time space decoupling is adopted to optimize,which can solve the dynamic reactive power optimization problem very well.Correctness and feasibility of method and algorithm put forward are proved through the practical example. As more and more photovoltaic power station joined to distribution network.this method being applied to actual usage will of great benefit to the economic and stable operanion of power distribution network.
