Superheated steam temperature control has a direct impact on plant operation safety and economy. If the steam temperature is too high, easy to burn superheater, high-pressure steam turbine parts can cause overheating, seriously affect the safe operation of steam turbines; and the temperature is too low, it will affect the plant thermal efficiency, leading to end-stage steam turbine to increase humidity, and even the with water, seriously affecting the safe operation of steam turbine. Therefore, in the boiler, must be strictly controlled in the superheated steam temperature has been around a reference.The conventional cascade PID control system based on artificial intelligence-based technology to design a feedforward controller, the skilled operator to run the practical experience and comprehensive data processing, work in different case given the current conditions to adapt to the amount of feed-forward control to compensate for the lack of feedback, in order to address a large power plant superheated steam temperature system delay problems. Detailed description of the ADRC and the composition of the various parts of the MATLAB/Simulink in the ADRC simulation module, the ADRC control technology applied to superheated steam temperature control in a lot of examples and simulation the results show that the ADRC controller can be a good steam temperature object to overcome the delay and large disturbance, with a strong robustness.
