This article through to the natural pumice light weight aggregate concrete properties, made up LC40strength grade of light weight aggregate concrete, according to the different proportion of fly ash and the stone early mechanical properties and anti-freeze durability in the researchTo study the durability and freezing resistance of the Lightweight Aggregate Concrete (LAC) that use the natural pumice from the east Inner Mongolia as coarse aggregate under freeze-thaw cycles. This paper tests and compares these compressive strength of LAC with0%,15%,20%,30%,45%or60%fly-ash in3d.7d,14d,21d,28d, and90d. The result suggests that the natural pumice LAC with20%fly-ash is the best choice. On the basis of adopting the natural pumice as coarse aggregate and to compound LC40strength class of lightweight aggregate concrete, this paper studies the workability,of lightweight aggregate concrete affected by different dosage fly ash, and from microcosmic structure is analyzed. Discusses the content and fly ash on stone double light weight aggregate concrete influence.Studying the chemical constituents in the water of Hetao irrigation region, combining with special climatic environment of cold region, the freezing ability of stone power lightweight aggregate concrete was conducted by quick freezing method in Hetao irrigation region of Inner Mongolia. Then the freeze-thaw destruction mechanism of stone power lightweight aggregate concrete in the special environment was discussed by analyzing change range and change law of compressive strength, mass loss and relative dynamic elastic modulus after freeze-thaw circles.
