This thesis focuse on the research of the principles and methods of the reverse of the actual size of the product in the case of unknown photo shoot conditions shown in the photo. The main contents of the study include:image analysis and processing、vector photo image processing、obtaining photo shooting conditions、3D real Reverse image registration、 image registration and Reverse accuracy analysis. For the image analysis and processing, using image processing of Matlab to design an interactive platform. Then, we can do image vectorization combing vectorization methods. Select the image vanishing point method initially identified the photo shoot initial conditions, then according to the perspective principle, and reverse the prototype size using mass point method, and make the three-dimensional modeling. Shoot the three-dimensional model using3Ds Max software under the set conditions. Match the new photo image with the original photo image through feature points, so that by varying shooting conditions with quasi-to calculate the error converges provisions error allowed values. Let this shooting conditions as Reverse known parameters of the prototype. In that case, obtain prototype size and then do its three-dimensional modeling, and use this three-dimensional model to generate its two-dimensional engineering drawings. The method studied in this paper is a new method for changing the traditional mapping process.
