The Construction Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of The River Landscape In Chengdu Downtown

This paper covers the construction situation, problems and countermeasures of the river landscape in Chengdu downtown. Under the premise of analyzing and summarizing the domestic and foreign advanced river management concepts, this study does field survey on construction situation of the river landscape in Chengdu downtown. Through the professional taste of landscape architecture, it presents the detailed research records from each river, and then deals with the existed problems through three aspects on river ecological system construction, artificial landscape construction and river management and maintenance. At the same time, the domestic and foreign latest and the most advanced river management concepts are applied for the analysis of each matter. The report puts forward the practical and effective countermeasures, which can offer solutions to river landscape construction in Chengdu downtown, and improve it to a new level. Finally, this paper is supposed to provide valuable references of the refined river management ideas for the same problems on urban river landscape construction at home and abroad.The results of the whole paper lie on the two aspects:The first is to summarize the river landscape present construction situation in Chengdu downtown, and the existed matters through the three aspects on river ecological system build, artificial landscape construction, and river maintenance and management; the second is to put forward practical measures to the present situation. Specific contents are as follows:(1) to comb, analyze and summarize the modern cities’ river landscape construction progress at home and abroad, and briefly summarize the domestic and foreign advanced river management concepts and the river landscape construction experience.(2) to introduce the general situation and water ecological environment history in Chengdu, and introduce the general situation of river landscape in Chengdu downtown.(3) to Summarize the river landscape construction situation in Chengdu downtown, and analyze and sum up the existing problems from the river ecosystem construction, aatificial landscape construction, river maintenance and management. (4)to promote practical measures for the existed questions of river landscape construction under the present situation in Chengdu downtown.
