Along with the continuous deterioration of the living environment, the tumor hasgradually become a threat to human health, one of the biggest killers. Modernoncology consider that malignancy is a systemic disease. The research of earlydetection and diagnosis for tumor cells has become the hotspot in recent years. Wehave designed two novel nanoparticles fluorescence probes, using amplificationtechnology, respectively applied in the fluorescence detection of tumor cells andtarget DNA visual detection. Moreover, a multifunctional nanocapsule obtained idealresult in the detection and analysis of tumor cell. This paper is designed as follows:1. We have successfully synthesize a composite nanoparticles fluorescent probe, which combine the polystyrene microspheres with the self-assembly of DNAnanolines-CdTe quantum dots. The probe has a high fluorescence intensity, on thebasis of which, we design a novel DNA fluorescent sensor, realizing the target DNAvisual detection..identified target DNA. The naked eye can distinguish50fM targetDNA by fluorescence microscopy. Besides, it show a good selectivity in selectiveexperiments.2. We have modified the fluorescent nanoparticle probes which this articlementioned earlier, and applied in the fluorescence imaging of tumor cells. This paperused the Ramos cell as a model. As a result of polystyrene microspheres with high loadcapacity, the probe showed better fluorescence properties, than ordinary aptamer DNAprobes labeled CdTe quantum dots. As the application of aptamer sequence, the probehas good selectivity, which can rapidly and accurately distinguish the target cell from amixed cell samples. The experiment promises well in the early detection and diagnosisof tumor cells.3. We designed a novel multifunctional nanocapsule, gold nanocages as the core, functionalized DNA nanomaterials as the shell. We modified fluorescein on the surfaceof gold nanocages, and detected the delivery drugs nanocapsule loaded to the targetcells. The nanometer capsule can specifically recognize and bind to the surface of theRamos cells, and release the drug to the target cell. We have researched thenanocapsule drug delivery on the preliminary test in this paper, obtained a good result, and the mechanism of drug tracking needs further study. The results can be of somehelp to early treatment of tumor cells.
