In recent years, Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has been widelyused in many fields such as CNC machine tools, high precision servo drive,aviation, aerospace and marine, etc., because of its incomparable advantages, likesimple structure, light weight, small size, low loss, high efficiency and so on. Thispaper mainly researchs the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector controlsystem based on fuzzy Active Disturbance Rejection Control to improve the systemdynamic and static performance, and makes the system has good stability andadaptability, it has theoretic and aplication value.Firstly, the paper analyzes the current research and development trend of thepermanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system for electric vehicle andthen derives the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), coordinate transformation and the vector control theory, and basied on it,the paper highlights several common vector control strategies, the advantages anddisadvant-ages of various control methods and possible applications; at the sametimes, the paper analyzes the PMSM sensorless control principle and control method.Secondly, this paper focuses on Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC)principle, and then deduces the corresponding PMSM control system control strategybased on ADRC. Considing the system load, the friction torque and moment of inertiaas the disturbance to the system, the paper derives the ADRC mathematical model ofspeed loop; Treating the coupling of the speed and quadrature axis current on thedirect axis current loop as the disturbance of direct axis current loop, then using theextended state observer to observer it, in order to estimate the actual motor speed toachieve the sensorless control; Considing it is difficult to facilitate the actual opera-tion and tun the ADRC controller parameters, the paper introduces fuzzy control;Combined with their own characteristics, giving a improved ADRC control algorithmbased on fuzzy control theory; It realizes the sensorless control of PMSM based onnew ADRC, and builds the system architecture and the control block diagram.In addition, it builds the system simulation model and then makes simulationexperiments in the matlab7.3environment, and demonstrates the method proposed inthe paper and then analysises the experimental results.Finally, in the basis of the above work, this article combines the ADRC and fuzzy algorithms and analyzes the system software design and related processes, and appliedit to the control platform of TMS320F2812controller chips. Based on the experiment-tal unit, under different load conditions conducting the dynamic response, the anti-disturbance and parameter adaptive ability experiment; Experimental results andanalysis show that the effectiveness and industrial applications capabilities of thecontrol strategy.
