The increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental issues make peoplecontinue to explore new energy sources. The electric transportation is the hub link ofconnecting transport, energy storage and grid. In order to ensure the rapid andefficient development of electric vehicles and smart grid, electric vehicle chargingand storage integration which is necessary to largely build the electric vehiclescharging station. In the electric vehicles charging station,the main chargingequipment is a nonlinear device, the charging process will produce a large number ofharmonics,causing pollution on the power quality. Therefore, the harmonic controlstudy of electric vehicles charging station can not be ignored.This paper firstly put forward the design of inductive filtering technology forelectric vehicles charging stations systems. This is the first application of theinductive filtering technology in the electric vehicles charging stations and smart grid.The design include the harmonic shielded transformer and its associated filter system,40units charging machine, IPM DC charging module, energy storage systemetc,with an emphasis on the harmonic shielding principle of the inductive filteringtechnology.This paper mainly design the power system of the charging station,giving thecapacity calculation methods and the external parameters of the transformer;designing the transformer filter winding with zero impedance using the laboratorypatented technology; respectively appling a single tunable filter and double-tunedfilter device applications to the system, discussing the advantages and disadvantagesof this system. However, in the actual design, according to the design parametersselect the optimal value to optimize the design.The paper summarizes the research results of the power quality of electricvehicle charging stations,comparativily shows the analysis of the advantages anddisadvantages of the traditional6-pulse charging system and conventional12-pulsecharging system, according to the harmonics of traditional charging system andreactive power compensation, it inductive a new program——filtering technology forelectric vehicles charging stations systems.Finally, the paper constructs associatedfilter system model for harmonic shielded transformer and simulation analysis,thesimulation results show that the technology can not only effectively inhibit the network side current distortion rate, improve the power factor of the charging system,but also improve the stability of the network side of the exchange system and largelyreduce the difficulty of the filter design.The single-tuned filter has a low price andmore economic,it’s conducive to large-scale promotion of electric vehicle chargingstations in the future development of smart grid.
