With the decline in energy reserves in the world, energy efficiency began to beseriously. Therefore, a storm swept in energy saving. Researchers began to study thefrequency, in order to improve the energy efficiency of electric motors. Low-voltagelow-power to drive the development of high power, due to the proposed multi-levelconverter. Application of high-voltage inverter control is urgent, because of itssignificant energy-saving effect of the motor.Article analysis and design of the carrier phase shift control method inhigh-voltage inverter applications to cascaded multilevel converter topology as thebasic. This control method is divided into vertical phase shift the carrier phase andcarrier level, in accordance with the direction of movement of the carrier. Verticalcarrier phase is divided into: Phase Disposition, Phase Opposition Disposition,Alternative Phase Opposition Disposition. Carrier phase is divided into levels:in-phase modulation and phase modulation. The introduction of the modulation wavewith third harmonic zero sequence components, to improve the utilization of DCvoltage. In the three-phase AC system, the third harmonic can just cancel each otherout. So the introduction of the zero sequence component does not affect the outputvoltage.Built the carrier level shift control of the simulation model, using MATLABToolbox. The introduction of zero-sequence component of the improved level ofcarrier phase-shift control simulation is designed to. Different frequencies andharmonics of output voltage waveform is analyzed. And designed hardware usingTIā€™s TMS320F2812chip as the core control chip. DSP controller, the power unit boxis a detailed analysis. And the design of the system control program.The design of low order harmonics suppression, reduce the switching losses andimprove utilization of the system DC voltage. Carrier phase control achieved by thehardware.
