The thesis discussed the SDC(servo driver circuit)used on military airborne stable platform. The stable platform used gyro as sense organ and was consist of platform configuration and servo controller. SDC which worked as the execute organ of current loop was the most important part of the servo controller.and was the root of motor moment. The performance of SDC has great influence on the precision of servo system. The thesis based on one helicopter stable system on research, developed a sort of SDC.which can be used on airborne stable platform universally. The universal SDC accords with the miniaturization, currency and modularization desired by airborne stable platform.Besides, the circuit avoids repeated work which was easy for maintenance and makes cost lower.The thesis had a research on SDC systemically and roundly. The investigation and development situation of airborne servo system was discussed and the importance of SDC for servo system and the whole photoelectricity system was introduced. The configuration, function and control principle of brush DC motor in control was discussed particularly. The math model of servo system, motor and current loop was set up, which is the foundation of driver circuit design. According to function, the design of SDC was divided as six parts. The paper analyzed and designed these parts separately, and discussed the hardware design rule of driver circuit combined with design flow, especially EMC design.
