In recent years, as rapid development of motor control technology, power electronic technology and the microelectronics technology, a high performance brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has been widely applied. BLDCM as well as AC motor has advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, but also has such as DC motor torque, higher operating efficiency advantages. So it has been in the field of motion control of a wide range of applications.This topic based on the research state of the current of the brushless DC motor control system in which it has been done some Analysis of the motor’s basic structure and commonly used control algorithm. In order to make the motor more smooth starting, to decrease the torque ripple, improve system performance, realize system of digital, motion control system of Brushless DC motor based on DSP has been designed and implemented in this paper. Firstly, Brushless DC motor body structure is studied, and a mathematical model is established in the thesis. On the basis of this, the BLDCM control system simulation platform was setted. System control algorithm and the performance of the motor were verified through the simulation, to provide theoretical support for microprocessor control system design and debugging. Secondly, according to the brushless DC motor drive control requirements, as well as brushless DC motor functions and characteristics, TMS320F2812of DSP chip is as to a controller, design Brushless DC motor control system Scheme, which of hardware and software are designed and completed. Finally, the thesis gives the actual motor control open-loop and closed-loop system running test the results, which indicate that:control system designed is stable in this paper, and has fast starting time and a small steady state error, meanwhile it has a wide speed range and good speed adjusting performance.
