Steel-lightweight aggregate concrete composite structure is a kind of new structure after steel, concrete structure and steel-concrete composite structure. The engineering practice proving of recently, the structure has the advantages of steel structure, concrete structure and steel-concrete composite structure. Steel-lightweight aggregate concrete composite is a kind of modern beams that bases on the steel-lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams and induces to steel and reinforcement lightweight aggregate concrete slab composite and work together. Lightweight aggregate concrete has advantage of light weight, heat preservation function good, good endurance seepage and fire-proof function good. So it has been used more and more engineering. Lightweight aggregate concrete is main researching direction of improving concrete and composite structure. Anticipate lightweight aggregate concrete application in the combination is in the structure, therefore the work behaviors of composite structure component are better. The weight of component is lightened. The dimension of component is reduced. The structure form is reasonable and the technology target is advanced. The structure can be adequate to the development of large span, weight loads and tower modern project structure and the requirement of enduring to bad environment, the work properties and design method. This composite beams would be well used in the future.The theory of lightweight aggregate concrete applying to the steel-concrete composite beam is much more than the simple elongation of the theory of the steel-common concrete composite beam, and it still needs further theory analysis. In order to acquire the optimum unification of the structure reliability and the economy of the steel-lightweight aggregate concrete composite beam, and it needs make each material develop each merit. The function of the steel-lightweight aggregate concrete composite beam lies on the composite level between the steel and the lightweight aggregate concrete, and that the composite level between the steel and the lightweight aggregate concrete mostly lies on the connective function of shear connector again. The shearing stiffness of the stud connector, as a key parameter in the simplified calculation formula of the composite steel-concrete beam structure, has been in the design code, but as to the stud connector of the composite steel-lightweight aggregate concrete beam structure, its determination is still a live issue.In this paper, the strain in the concrete beams and steel beams was calculated by using the elasticity theory analytical method. Then the theoretical values and the experimental data was compared, and using least square method to amend steel-concrete composite beam in the suppository screw shear connector stiffness formula. The use of ANSYS finite element analysis simulation software to verify bolt shear stiffness correction formula nail at steel-lightweight aggregate concrete beams of the feasibility of the application. Finally analysis of the use of ANSYS nail bolt shear stiffness of different intensity levels of lightweight aggregate concrete properties of composite beams. The full text is divided into four chapters, including Chapter Ⅲ, Chapters Ⅳ and conclusion are the core of this article.
