High-speed train traction motor is to provide a key part of the power, is to guarantee the fast train, the stable operation of the key structure.The paper first introduces the high speed train control system composition and function of the emu traction and braking characteristics, Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) instead of traditional three-phase asynchronous motor, as the traction motor, combined with the needs of high-speed train traction motor, and put forward the control strategy.This paper use direct torque control(DTC) strategy in permanent magnet synchronous traction control motor speed, to improve the rapid torque response, and use RT-Lab as a simulation tool to traction control system simulation results. According to the type of CRH3emus traction and braking characteristics simulation traction, coasting, braking mode of the operation, and accidental fault simulation, the simulation results show that the change in speed instruction, condition when switching system fluctuation is small, smooth speed variation, has good static and dynamic performance. Short time power down and power loss fault simulation results show that the speed fluctuation is lesser, electric motor stator current rapid regulation to achieve steady state, the system for sudden changes fast processing adjustment ability.The motor based on established between real-time communication, realize the multi-motor synchronous operation. Detailed introduces several synchronous control algorithm, in the cross coupling synchronization control on the basis of adjacent cross coupling control strategy, and two kinds of algorithms are compared, the traction motor speed instruction change, condition changes, etc. and simulation results show that the control algorithm synchronous effect is good, fast convergence rate.
