Now, environmental issues have become the focus of attention of the globalenvironmental pollution is increasingly serious, forcing people to have to look for othertypes of energy, China will vigorously develop renewable energy and scholars fromvarious countries compete to study wind power technology. However, wind power bringsthe power system security, stability, power quality greatly impact due to its inherent lowenergy density, randomness, intermittency characteristics. In this paper, the ability ofsupporting wind power on the grid as well as the adjustable were improved via hybridenergy storage technology, and can effectively compensate for the intermittent, volatilitynature disadvantage of wind power, improve the controllability of the wind poweroutput,and enhance the stability level.Firstly, power decoupling control process is studied after analyzing the Dynamicmodel of the wind turbine theory, built the mathematical models for each unit of Windpower generation system, design the general stator flux-oriented and Voltage Orientedcontrol system of the generic vector control system, implies the feasibility of this powerdecoupling method from simulation, and then realize the power control of the wind powergeneration system.Secondly, in order to reduce the output power fluctuations of the wind farm by theinherent characteristics of wind power and to prevent the super-capacitor and batteryover-charge and over-discharge, the writer analyzes energy storage technology and Controlobjectives. According to the power density and charge-discharge characteristics of batteryand super-capacitor, and the fluctuations of the wind power output cycle,battery-super-capacitor hybrid energy storage system is studied, and it is proved that has ahigh power/energy density, long cycle life characteristics by contrasting the Hybrid energystorage system energy density and power density, make up for the lack of a single energystorage, suitable for to stabilize wind farm power fluctuations, can reduce the energy storage system investment costs.Again, the hybrid wind-storage power station power complementary mechanisms isstudied base on the fuzzy control. According to the battery and super capacitor energystorage characteristics and the requirements of the wind power grid to power fluctuations,the writer develop energy control rules to stabilize fluctuations in wind power, adjust theactive power output of the energy storage system appropriately, avoid the saturation of thestorage system capacity or overdischarge.Simulation analysis showed that the hybridenergy storage system has a good active compensation effects, the fuzzy control rules caneffectively extend the life of the energy storage system, and has a practical application thatcan be used to improve existing energy storage system.
