The Special Linear High-velosity Motion (called SLHvM in brief) studied in thisDissertation is a rail type electromagnetic accelerator,which has the high rate,theshort acceleration time, the easily controlling of energy release, etc. Thesecharacteristics make it the broad prospect of applications in the civil and militaryfields. The SLHvM has strict requirements in power supply and component materials.This Dissertation uses the simulation technology to study the high speed motorsystem and armature in the whole operation process. The influence of various factorsof the SLHvM system with the operation performance is investigated. On the base ofthe simulation results,the design method is provided.On the analysis of SLHvM working principles, the whole motion statesimulation modeling contains capacitor,inductor,cable composition of power supplysystem and armature in the circuit level. The track of model equivalent uses thevariable resistance and variable inductance. On the basic of circuit model,thisparagraph forms a capacitor voltage and inductance current for variable stateequations. The paper forms the iteration format by using time difference method toshow time partial derivative. The paper uses electromagnetic force of armature andthe relationship between the inductance gradient solving the motion process ofarmature. Model solving becomes considered circuit state and armature movementjoint solution. This paper that is based on MATLAB and VB system realizes thesimulation calculation.By using the simulation of the SLHvM system,the influence effect of severalparameters to the performance of the system characteristics is analyzed,including thevalue of capacitances and their sequence trigger time,the value of adjustable waveinductance and resistance,current-carrying diode resistance and thyristor resistance,rail resistance gradient and inductance gradient parameters. The acceleration time andthe exit velocity of armature are taken as the system performance. On the basic of parameter sensitivity analysis,a SLHvM system is designed.In the sensitivity analysis of capacitance,the influence degree to the system bydifferent number of capacitor groups,the value of their voltage and triggering time,is given in the paper. Based on the analysis results,more reasonable values of theparameters can be determined and designed. The sensitivity analysis of theparameters to the system can provide a basis for optimizing the system design.Through the characteristic parameters sensitivity analysis conclusion,the paperputs forward SLHvM optimization design point of view. The paper carries on theactual design model simulation and parameter optimization selection. Finally theparagraph realizes optimization design.
