With the development of the times, the development of China’s power supplysystem can not meet the requirements of power supply stability. There are seriousproblems such as shortage of electricity supply and aging power supply equipment inmany areas, leading to voltage fluctuations. These may cause damage to powerconsumption equipment and even cause great losses. In addition, with the progress ofscience and technology, computer technology, communication technology andelectrical equipment based on it become more and more widely used, these systemshave high requirements for the quality of power supply.Direct power supply has been unable to meet the need, in order to solve theseproblems, improve the quality of power supply, the use of AC voltage stabilizingcompensator is very necessary.Through the analysis of all kinds of AC voltage stabilizing compensator principleand control scheme, this paper designs AC power compensator based on STM32. Ituses STM32as the main control chip, the voltage and current acquisition module arerespectively used to collect the input voltage, output voltage, output current, after thecalculation and analysis of the control chip, it output PWM pulses with certain dutyratio and frequency and the polarity of the voltage compensation. And then throughthe IGBT control module, it controls the bridge chopper IGBT on-off, thus realize thevoltage regulation through the EPWM chopping control way and the real-time voltagepositive and negative compensation,so that the load can get AC regulated poweroutput.This paper introduces the main circuit structure and the principle of thecompensator AC regulated power supply. Firstly it expounds the control scheme ofmain circuit and the PWM control technology were analyzed and compared, finallyEPWM control technology were chosen. Secondly, the system accomplished theparameters design of the main circuit components.In the hardware design, this paper introduces the design of hardware circuit whichuses STM32as the main control chip. Firstly, it introduces the overall framework ofthe system, and then to each module, including voltage and current sampling module,zero-crossing detection module, PWM output module, switch control module.In the software design, Rhapsody using UML language is the framework to buildthe whole control program. The software design reflects the thought of module. According to the system function, the system is divided into the following modules:voltage and current sampling module, zero-crossing detection module, PWM outputmodule, switch control module.After the system’s hardware and software were completed, for the whole design,the most important is the circuit debugging. In this paper, the system is debugged andvalidated by experiments on the system and prove the feasibility of the design. Fromthe test data, the power supply voltage compensator can meet the requirements.
