The development of the new generation of aircrafts requires separation device should be concealed inside separation cavity, in order to raise stealthy performance and supersonic cruise ability. Aiming at the realization of stealthy performance and aircraft shape preserving, it is necessary to develop relative research work on store separation device. However, store separation of payload will be influenced by the interference of air flow field during high speed flying, which may cause the difficulty of separation between the payload and aircraft, and the payload may destroy aircraft under severe condition. Therefore, it is of great necessity to research on store separation device and conduct correlative research work. In this paper, the relevant design and experiment research work has been done based on the previous theoretical research achievements of store separation mechanism, and the specific contents include the following:(1) aiming at the three difficulties of driving mode, motion form and mechanism protection, the relationship between ejection parameters and separation parameters is obtained, in addition the whole mechanism and mechanism protection problem are researched on, which demonstrates that the developed two mechanisms can satisfy the speed requirement of three kinds, and can ensure payload separation security;(2) aiming at the difficulty of motion control logic realization, choose pneumatic components and construct pneumatic circuit, and select electronic components according to control flow, in addition the systems of pneumatic pressure feedback and time measurement are developed, while software program of control system is compiled, which results in the developed motion control system can satisfy the consistency requirement of motion and separation parameters;(3) according to the demand of ground test and on the basis of theoretical computation result, set up experiment platform, and conduct ground store separation experiments, in addition separation parameters are calibrated, and some control problems are revised, furthermore the influence regularity of ejection parameters on separation parameters is obtained, which demonstrates that the developed store separation device can satisfy the ground test requirements. In this paper, the principle态mechanism and motion control system of store separation device have been systematically analyzed and researched on, and experiment platform has been set up, in addition the developed store separation mechanism has been verified to satisfy design target via experiments. As a significant foundation to aircraft wind tunnel store separation experiment research, the research work can provide certain theoretic basis and practical guiding significance, maintaining certain technology reference value.
