On the one hand as a standby power, and improve vehicle electrical equipment use efficiency; On the other hand, enhance service performance of the vehicle. But the battery is secondary energy, buses to own a set of charging system in operation of the train can charge when the train in the running state when (as in the rolls) appear battery with the serious losses, still need in another set of charging system on the charge.The traditional phased low frequency thyristor rectifier charge function to meet the requirements of to charge the battery, once in each railway administration widely used. But phased low frequency thyristor rectifier way because devices work frequency low, need large transformer, cause equipment volume, weight big, not convenient to move. In order to guarantee the outbound train when using standard voltage to the train. Therefore, it is necessary to design a lightweight, efficient, reliable performance of charging system, to satisfy the passenger train battery power requirements. SupplementAs the electric power electronic technology and modern control technology development, the rectifier and inverter technology have great progress. To meet the requirements of vehicle battery, in the analysis of the current each car depot charger use, based on special, special luck and part of the bus load voltage battery can not reach the standard, need to be in a delivery to a bus for supplement the requirements of the battery power, this paper designs and realizes a portable bus battery intelligent charging machine. The charging machine Lord circuit used DC/AC bridge inverter circuits to control devices, use for IGBT phase shifting pulse width modulation (PWM) control mode and realization of IGBT soft switch process, match with the89C51microcontroller as intelligent monitoring unit, to charge machine operation state monitoring and protection, and achieve the current set according to constant current charging, when battery voltage reach a set voltage, switch to constant pressure, until the current charging so far down to zero. In addition, the charging machine also has overtime, flow and overtemperature protection function. Through the application shows that, the power supply voltage high output, stable and reliable, simple structure, small volume, low in cost, the function is strong. In actual use has gained good use effect.
