Such as strengthening the system of laws and regulations, strengthening the dominant position of corporate responsibility for production safety, strengthening the water traffic safety management infrastructure investmen of Guigang,unifing water law enforcement agencies, to form a high-specification Water transportation Committee, strengthening the ranks of law enforcement officers, accelerating the establishment of water traffic safety management policy research and review mechanism of Guigang, strengthening the emergency response to water traffic safety and the search and rescue of the building, developping and perfecting policies supporting water transport development of Guigang, increasing water traffic safety training of professional and technical personnel, brighting into full play to the mechanism and function of the publicity and education of the masses, developping the Water traffic Safety intermediary institutions vigorously. Through studying of the water traffic safety management system of Guigang an effective waterway transport management system will be established and play an active role in management of water traffic safety by different localities and departments.
