Near space is an additional new airspace beside to the land, sea, air and sky.Because high speed near space vehicle is in high speed, great acceleration and highmobility, it will depend on continuous, reliable, real-time information in the executionof military operations, so the TT&C link is the core of the information system.Based on the background of the high speed near space vehicle design andsimulation software development project, this thesis puts forward the overall designscheme of TT&C link, and makes an in-depth research on the characteristics betweenthe ground-based and space-based TT&C, then it analyzes the related technologiesdeeply, and establishes the simulation model, at last it achieves a simulation platform ofthe high speed near space vehicle TT&C link through the use of the software technology.The whole process of this paper includes:1. Explain the high speed near space vehicle research background and significance,then introduce the domestic and foreign aerospace TT&C system and its developmenttendency.2. Give systematic analysis of high speed near space vehicle TT&C demand fromseveral aspects and propose a general scheme. Then, make an in-depth research onTT&C link related technologies.3. Analyze the characteristics of ground-based TT&C link and the necessaryconditions for building the link. Then, make in-depth research of the near space channelcharacteristics, and build the simulation model of TT&C link, it also accesses thesimulation performance of the related technologies.4. Detail the characteristics of space-based TT&C mode, and the Space-basedTT&C are analyzed and modeling. After compared the features of the TT&C linkbetween the ground-based and space-based, putting forward a strategy of integratedTT&C.5. Finally, design and develop a simulation platform of the TT&C link through theuse of object-oriented and modularized design idea, then giving the software a completefunctional test.After the researching and testing it shows that the designed simulation platform ofhigh speed near space vehicle TT&C link can achieve the basic functions of thesimulation requirements, the result also shows that the platform has research value anduse value, but there are some further improvements in the extension platform that canmake the function more perfect.
