After the large-scale development, the mining conditions of more superior coal resources has already close to dry up, and the mining of mine gradually to the further depth. Along with the increase of mining depth, it will bring a series of new problems for mining. Such as surrounding rock pressure increases, the consolidation of surrounding rock digenesis is not strong, and mechanical properties of rock deformation is bad, surrounding rock mass deformation increase significantly, the revision of roadway bolting is large increase, ordinary supporting structure is difficult to support, etc. The stand or fall of roadway bolting effects will directly influence the mining of high yield and high efficiency and safety, it has become an important restriction factors for deep mining smoothly processed.According to the south wing of GuQiao, the coal mine-780m tape machine roadway and rail roadway will through high stress for soft rock band, this article puts forward to use the double deck plates high strength concrete arc plate supporting structure. First of all, applied segment theory to analyze the beneficial effects of flexible joints on the arc plate support, and derived the ultimate bearing capacity of arc plate bracket in accordance with the limit equilibrium conditions; Secondly, based on the similarity theory, deduced the similar guidelines of arc plate support model, through experimental simulation, analyzed the stress-strain characteristics of arc plate supporting structure; then, numerically simulated the arc plate support structure, by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, calculation results and experimentally measured data are in good agreement, indicating that it is correct for ANSYS software to analyze the arc plate supporting structure, calculated and analyzed failure mechanism and influence level of ultimate bearing capacity, structural capacity and the other main factors of arc plate supporting structure under uniform and non-uniform loads. The results show that the concrete strength has a notably significant effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of arc plate bracket, and improving the concrete strength is the most feasible and effective method to raise carrying capacity of such supporting structure.Above the result, it indicates that the double steel high strength concrete arc plate supporting structure not only has the very high bearing capacity but have the certain flexibility. All the results show that it’s one of the ideal types of the high stress soft rock supporting structure. This paper in the double steel high strength concrete arc plate supporting structure research achievements has provides certain basis for future scientific, reasonable and economic design of soft rock tunnel.
