The energy problem is the global concern. The earth’s energy is not inexhaustible. And, the proven energy will be depleted, such as coal, petroleum, and natural gas. At the same time, excessive use of coal, petroleum, natural gas and other energy, lead to excessive discharge of CO2, SO2and other gases, and contribute to the greenhouse effect and environmental pollution problems. According to statistics, building energy consumption accounts for about40%of the global total energy. In china, building energy consumption accounts for about30%of the national total energy, and building energy efficiency is about30%. With the development of Chinese city, building energy consumption will continue to increase. So, building energy-saving is the notable work of energy-saving emission reduction.The building energy-saving works include multiple steps and tasks, such as the building energy-saving design, the building energy efficiency evaluation, and the existing buildings reconstruction and so on. To obtain building energy efficiency data is one of the basic steps of building energy saving. The work provides the basic data support for the implementation of existing buildings reconstruction and the evaluation of new buildings energy efficiency, and is of important significance.In the space of building, using wireless sensor network to obtain a building energy efficiency data is an effective way of data collection. Thus, in the practical application, the nodes of wireless sensor network are mostly distributed on the edge of the building-space, and are rarely distributed in the middle. Aiming at the characteristics of sensors in the space of building, the paper describes the design and implementation of a mobile sensor body used in building-space, based on sweep coverage of mobile sensor network. The mobile sensor body adopts the tracked movement mechanism for the implementation of the action, utilizes two-layer hardware architecture with embedded system technology, and uses varied sensors for the implementation of the localization in indoor and outdoor environment. Though building real-time and robust wireless sensor network to collect energy efficiency data by large-range cruise monitoring in building-space, the mobile sensor provides basic guarantee for effective calculation energy efficiency data.This paper first identifies the overall design scheme design of mobile sensor body, the choice of movement mechanism in mobile sensor body, and the design of hardware structure and system construction. Secondly, the paper research, design and realize peripheral function modules of mobile sensor body, including sensors, wireless communication module, motor driver and power module. Then, this paper describes the design and implementation of hardware circuit and control software in mobile sensor body control module. Finally, this paper carries out the experimental study of robot motion and positioning on the experimental platform, and verifies the design of mobile sensor body circuit and embedded control software.
