Light steel structure is light weight, easy to environmental protection, and wide applications, light steel structure building in our country especially the light steel housing construction in the application is still in the primary stage, the current specification and design not much, in light of the steel structure of the research on mature enough.In view of the above, the thesis in the light steel frame structure optimization design of the related research, put forward the fusion PSO algorithm and ACO algorithm combined algorithm, this kind of hybrid algorithm was applied to light steel frame structure optimization design, so as to reduce cost, promote the light steel structure housing of promotion. The following was the main research contents:(1) Using PSO algorithm and the characteristics of the ACO, and putting forward algorithm fusion PSO algorithm and the ACO algorithm hybrid algorithm. First, the PSO algorithm strong global search capability, the particles produced the optimal location value, and then reuse ACO algorithm to find the optimum position to do further adjustment;(2) A hybrid algorithm was applied to light steel frame structure optimization design, the mathematical model, the PSO algorithm, the global convergence speed and parallel algorithm of good ACO and strong robustness, achieve the characteristics of complementary advantages, so as to realize the purpose of optimized;(3) In two steps to the optimization of light steel frame structure optimization:went to the whole structure optimization, got beams and column section moment of inertia optimal distribution; Again, the optimization for component section members of the section size of the optimal value, including the beam section flange width, height, the examination of the flange thickness and examination of the thickness, which makes the design simplified;(4) Combining case design optimization method, and compared by using finite element analysis software, the optimization results were usability analysis. The results show that the algorithm in light steel frame structures for optimal design of is effective.
