Energy consumption accounts for a large part of central heating system, transmission and distribution system. Distributed dynamic frequency mixing water heating systems in recent years, research and development, its significant energy saving effect has been affirmed. However, due to the deviation of the pump selection, the end of the energy saving effect of the improper pump arrangement of the thermal sub-station will affect the system applied in practical engineering, it greatly reduced. To solve the above problem the following research:the establishment of the power distributed frequency mixing water heating systems theory model. Under the premise of fixed zero pressure almost to the efficient operation of variable frequency pump area and the pipe network resistance constraints, to establish a simple mathematical model of the pump selection. Theoretical analysis of the end of the thermal sub-station six different pump-arrangement, the pump output power at least, the stability of the first and second pipe network water pressure minimum deviation and pipe network the best layout to optimize conditions to obtain the optimum pump.Power distributed variable frequency mixing with water heating systems used in the of Confucius county within District600000m2central heating reconstruction project. Based on the above theory to guide this reconstruction project. After the2011-2012heating a quarter system and stable operation, and significant energy saving effect.
