Along with the intelligent construction’s fast development, the intelligent control technology and the building management system corresponding development is also getting quicker and quicker, the building automation control system also unceasingly enhances in the control precision and the algorithm request. Simultaneously it pays more and more attention on the construction energy consumption question in intelligent construction management system and the control optimization.Based on the complementary of fuzzy control and neural network, the BP algorithm of fuzzy neural network system successfully apply to intelligent control technology in the air conditioning and elevator group control system. Meanwhile manufactured elevator, air conditioning, illumination simulation model in use of school resources, constructed the electricity laboratory. Using configuration software to construct the BA system’s monitoring and integrated management based on laboratory.In view of the multi-objectives, the nonlinear, the uncertainty, the perturbation and the inaccuracy of information explanation in elevator group control system. Consider on the biggest difficulties on the maximum load in peak traffic patterns, the author studied thec patterns and scheduling solution in destination elevator group control system based on fuzzy neural network, and then gave the optimization scheduling algorithm. Analysised each system link characteristic in air-conditioning system, has obtained mathematical model under the temperature single parameter control. The author carried on the air-conditioning system simulation with the fuzzy neural network.In the lighting system contrasts the parameter which will influence lighting control, takes voltage as key parameter, puts forward the voltage forecast concept. In the research of the voltage forecast that uses the BP algorithm and the LM algorithm simulation, confirms that utilization of LM algorithm can finally achieve better forecast effect.In the configuration software unified environment, the combination of DDC, PLC and WebAccess realize the SCADA design of BA management system in intelligent building. Using the B/S structure with distributed nature in WebAccess, realizes the inquiry, browse and business expansion, remote control anytime and anywhere.Through increases homepage then can increase service function, only needs to change the homepage, then realizes all user’s synchronized renewal, thus reduced the nonessential personnel to work, and system sharing was strong, facilitated local and the long-distance maintenance.In summary, combine in the intelligent control technology and the traditional air conditioning control, the lighting control and the elevator group control, may solve the problem in air-conditioning system existence control, make good predictive and real-timeliness in lighting system, improve the elevator system’s carrying capacity enormously, has good auto-adapted in the group control system to realize the optimized dispatch. In the guarantee environmental comfort, enhances reliable in the system, reduces energy consumption of system effectively.
